By creating an account, accessing, or using PullWeights ("Service"), operated by T34 Corporation FZCO ("Company," "we," "us"), you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated with at least thirty (30) days' notice via email or prominent notice on the Service.
PullWeights is an AI model registry that allows users to store, version, tag, and distribute machine learning models. The Service includes a web interface, REST API, and command-line interface (CLI). Model data is stored on third-party distributed storage infrastructure managed independently from the Service.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Accounts may be created for individuals or organizations. Organization administrators are responsible for managing member access and ensuring compliance with these Terms.
Your Content. You retain all ownership rights in the models, data, and other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant PullWeights a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, transfer, and display your User Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account.
Public Models. If you make a model public, other users may view, download, and use it subject to whatever license you apply. You are solely responsible for the licensing terms you apply to your public models.
Our IP. The Service, including its design, branding, software, and documentation, is owned by T34 Corporation FZCO and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding.
Model data is stored on a third-party distributed storage network that operates independently from PullWeights. While this infrastructure is designed for redundancy and durability, PullWeights does not own, operate, or directly control the underlying storage nodes.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure data availability and will communicate any known storage incidents through our status page and email notifications.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
API keys provide programmatic access to the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and ensuring they are not shared publicly or embedded in client-side code. PullWeights is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised API keys. You may revoke keys at any time through the dashboard. Rate limits apply per your subscription plan.
The Service offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Team, Enterprise). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends.
Overages. If your usage exceeds plan limits (storage, bandwidth, API calls), access to affected features may be restricted until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. We will notify you when approaching limits.
Refunds. Refunds are provided only as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. Unused portions of a billing cycle are not refundable upon cancellation.
Taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Prices displayed do not include taxes unless stated otherwise.
Model owners may enable pay-per-pull pricing for their models. Downloads of such models require payment at the price set by the model owner. PullWeights facilitates payment processing and retains a platform commission. Model owners are responsible for compliance with tax and financial regulations applicable to their earnings. PullWeights does not guarantee any earnings or download volume.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, DATA ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS. PULLWEIGHTS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PULLWEIGHTS INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF MODELS, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF PULLWEIGHTS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
PULLWEIGHTS' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO PULLWEIGHTS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, PULLWEIGHTS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR UNAVAILABILITY OF DATA OR MODELS STORED THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING DATA STORED ON THIRD-PARTY DISTRIBUTED STORAGE INFRASTRUCTURE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless T34 Corporation FZCO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
You may close your account at any time through the dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason with thirty (30) days' notice.
Upon termination, you will have a thirty (30) day grace period to download your data. After this period, we may delete your account data, including models and files stored on the distributed storage network. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations accrued prior to termination.
Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, and governing law survive termination.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and trade sanctions laws, including those of the United Arab Emirates, the European Union, and the United States (including EAR and OFAC regulations where applicable). You represent that you are not located in, or a national of, any country subject to comprehensive trade embargoes, and that you are not on any restricted party list. You are solely responsible for ensuring that AI models you upload or download comply with applicable export control classifications.
PullWeights shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power or internet outages, distributed storage network outages or degradation, third-party infrastructure failures, and labor disputes.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) under its Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND PULLWEIGHTS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and PullWeights regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
